2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use KegelCore.
3. Your account
You sign in to KegelCore with a Google account. You're responsible for keeping that Google account secure. If someone else gains access to it, they can access your KegelCore data.
4. The service
KegelCore provides personalised pelvic-floor and core training plans. The plans are generated from the information you give us during onboarding and from the feedback you give after each session. We make no guarantee of any specific health, fitness, or medical outcome.
KegelCore is a general fitness and wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme — especially if you're pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery, or managing a medical condition.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- KegelCore Premium is sold as a recurring subscription via Google Play Billing. Pricing is shown in the in-app paywall before you confirm purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- You can cancel anytime from your Google Play account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Premium until then.
- Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. We can't issue refunds directly; please go through Google Play.
- If a payment fails or a subscription expires, premium features lock automatically until a successful renewal.
6. Founders Offer
We offer free Premium access to the first 5,000 supporters who share the app with someone. Eligibility is determined by a server-enforced counter; once the cap is reached the offer ends. The grant is tied to your Google account and follows you across devices when you sign in.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its security mechanisms.
- Attempt to bypass the paywall or the Founders Offer cap.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its content.
8. Intellectual property
All content, code, branding, and design in KegelCore is owned by ASD Media or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use.
9. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the app in a way that harms other users or the service.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASD Media's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the effective date above and notify you in the app where appropriate.
