Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)
- Open KegelCore on your device.
- Tap Profile in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account (shown in red).
- Confirm. You'll be signed out immediately and your data is scheduled for permanent deletion within 90 days.
If you change your mind during the 90-day window, email us at coderanil0@gmail.com and we'll cancel the request.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you don't have the app installed, send us an email and we'll process the deletion manually.
Please send the email from the same Google account you used to sign into KegelCore so we can verify the request. We'll confirm receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within 90 days.
Option 3 — Cancel your subscription
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription (Google manages billing, not us). To stop being charged:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Tap KegelCore and then Cancel subscription.

Deletion timeline
- Immediately: you are signed out of the app on every device. Your data is queued for permanent deletion and we treat the account as deactivated.
- Within 90 days: we permanently remove your data from our active databases.
- Within 90 days of that: the data is removed from encrypted backup snapshots as the snapshot rotation cycles through.
